No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Spiritual services, readings, consultations, rituals, or spell work
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery
