We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. The Realm Sacred Secret is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement if approved.
